Same product, same governance, tuned to how finance teams work.
Rather than inventing a new product name per industry, Bayaan is one product applied to each vertical. Every vertical speaks its industry's language on day one and inherits everything underneath — document generation, projects, governance, and admin control. One brand, one platform, no sub-brands.
Who Builds It
ARC is a software engineering and consulting firm delivering enterprise solutions on the Microsoft stack — Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 — for clients across real estate, healthcare, and professional services. Bayaan is ARC's flagship product.
Bayaan is Arabic for "a clear statement" or "report." The name reflects the product goal: turn complex business data into clear, cited answers that people can act on. It also reflects the second step in the workflow, where those answers become clear, finished deliverables for teams and stakeholders.
Bayaan is built by Al Rafay Consulting (ARC), a software engineering firm and Microsoft Solutions Partner. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and is deployed in each customer's environment rather than as an unmanaged public tool. ARC supports implementation, governance setup, and workflow tuning based on customer use cases.
It is Bayaan's commercial real estate vertical, using the same core product tuned for CRE teams. Users ask portfolio questions in plain language and receive cited answers under enterprise controls. Future verticals such as legal and finance follow the same platform model, not separate products with separate governance stacks.
Bayaan is in pilot with enterprise customers, including a leading life-sciences real estate firm, where teams are using data Q&A and governed document generation in real workflows. Deployments are run in customer-controlled Azure environments with role-based access and auditability. This allows organizations to evaluate value and governance readiness at the same time.
